You claimed one of 20 seats. This guide tells you exactly how the next 12 months work, what's expected of you, and how you earn everything this membership offers. Read it once, all the way through. It's short on purpose.
One live strategic Zoom meetup per month, 60 to 75 minutes. First half is teaching or a working session on that month's topic. Second half is hot seats and Q&A. You'll leave every meetup with one deliverable (a template, checklist, or SOP framework) and one homework assignment. Information without implementation is just digital clutter, which is why there's homework after every single session.
Meetups are recorded for members, but this room rewards the people who show up live. Hot seat discussions stay in the room: what another member shares about their business does not leave this membership, period.
Your first three months are the foundation phase. Complete it and you earn your basic listing on speakersupportstaff.com, the Speaker Support Directory. Here is the standard, in writing, on day one:
Meet all three and your listing goes live in Month 3. Miss the standard and you can complete it late, but your listing waits until you do. The listing is earned. That's exactly what makes it worth having.
Your basic listing on speakersupportstaff.com stays active while your membership is in good standing. If a payment fails and isn't resolved, the listing pauses until your account is current. Complete all 12 months in good standing and you keep your basic listing free for 12 additional months after the membership ends.
At Month 9, members in good standing receive the invitation to upgrade to VIP placement: featured positioning and deeper visibility. It's optional, and it will be explained fully when it's offered. No surprises, no pressure.
Paid in full? You're covered for the whole season, skip ahead. For monthly members: your $450 down payment claimed your seat. Your 11 monthly payments of $177 bill automatically, 30 days apart. If a charge fails, it retries automatically and you get a 7-day grace period to update your card. Unresolved after that, access pauses (meetups, materials, and your listing) until the account is current. The full policy lives in the Terms & Conditions you agreed to at enrollment.
